All of our press-on nail sets are handmade and classified as personal items. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, style preference, or incorrect sizing.

We strongly recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase, and referring to our sizing guide to ensure the best fit.

Defective or Incorrect Items

While such cases are rare, if you receive a product that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We promise to handle such cases promptly and with care. Resolution will be offered on a case-by-case basis, which may include a refund or replacement where appropriate.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once your order enters processing or has shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

Please note that Mystery Box items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or exchange.

As each set is handmade, slight variations in colour, design, or placement may occur, and are part of the unique craftsmanship of our products.

Refunds

If an order cannot be fulfilled or is cancelled before production, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
